Job Description:

Apex Systems is hiring for an entry level IAM Analyst - Application Onboarding for a major Healthcare company.

6 month contract with possibility to extend.

FULLY remote anywhere in the US.

You must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

About the role:

The IAM Application Onboarding team automates user access provisioning from our IAG tool to targeted systems to ensure end users gain necessary access for function while adhering to compliance regulations.

The team works within the IAM department which includes the Access Central (IIQ) Engineering team, the Access Central (IIQ) Role Management team, the IAM Architects along with our project, business and application stakeholders across the client.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field

1+ years experience

Technical Skills:

SailPoint IIQ

Additional nice-to-haves:

Excel data analysis

qTest

Soft Skills:

Proactive, team player, quick learner and detail oriented.

Great communication skills.

Day to Day:

The IAM Application Onboarding team gathers requirements in discussions with application teams, completes formal UAT testing, working with developers to triage and remediate bug/defects, present demos to stakeholders, and work with IAM Production Operations to support and monitor production environment.

Applicants should have the ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions for next steps.

We work through JIRA stories from analysis to deployment and store formal testing data in qTest repository.

Responsibilities will include:

Performs access reviews, role provisioning, and supporting implemented Identity and Access Management systems and solutions.

Supports basic troubleshooting and coordinates with helpdesk to resolve user and system access issues.

Provides in-depth business knowledge and advanced technical support to one or more business areas through developed and ad hoc analysis/reporting, as well as designing and programming complex, new processes/reports for Identity Access systems.

Analyzes company functions, processes, and activities to improve computer-based business applications for the most effective use of money, materials, equipment, and people.
