Job Title: Windows System Administrator

Location: Swepsonville, NC (Onsite)

Contract Duration 12+ Months

Rate: $57/hr on W2

Daily Tasks Performed:

  • Scripting knowledge in batch files, VBScript, and PowerShell, Microsoft SQL Queries
  • Install, configure, maintain, and address vulnerabilities for Windows server (Strong ability) and some Linux
  • Install and configure database servers (such as Microsoft SQL Server, Postgres)
  • Install and configure middleware (such as IIS) Knowledge of Device wise is a plus
  • Knowledge of Nutanix is a plus
  • Install, manage, configure PRTG monitoring environments
  • VMware and virtual machines
  • Documentation or technical writing
  • General IT processes and project methodologies
  • Ability to follow and document processes
  • Change management process flow knowledge. ServiceNow Knowledge is a plus
  • Knowledge on of Active directory, EntraID, and Security best practices
  • Ability to adapt/learn in a changing environment
  • Experience with general IT processes and development methodologies
  • Solid analysis, proven problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Good time management and prioritization skills
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written

  • Completed post-secondary education in Computer Science or equivalent related experience
  • 1-3 years of experience, 3-5 preferred
