This is a full-time, direct-hire position with a leading food manufacturing organization. We are seeking an in-house Oracle Fusion Business Analyst to support long-term business operations.
Note: Employment-based visa sponsorship is not available. All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
About the RoleWe're looking for a hands-on Oracle Business Analyst with functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules to support a transition from legacy ERP (NAV) to Oracle Fusion Cloud. In this post-go-live support role, you'll serve as a Tier 2 contact-working directly with business users to resolve issues, troubleshoot process problems, and ensure Oracle is being used to its full potential across supply chain operations.
This role is about understanding how the system works, not building it. You won't be coding or configuring integrations-you'll be the go-to person for functional insight and user support.
Responsibilities-
Serve as a functional point of contact for Oracle SCM (Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, MRP) issues escalated beyond internal help desk.
-
Support users across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Logistics by troubleshooting transactional or process-based issues.
-
Collaborate with business teams to understand workflows and ensure effective system usage.
-
Partner with IT and Oracle implementation partners to support business process optimization.
-
Trace issues to root cause (e.g., "Why didn't this PO generate?") and guide users through resolution.
-
Document common issues, provide internal training, and help teams become more confident using Oracle Fusion.
-
5+ years of experience as an IT Business Systems Analyst, ideally supporting Oracle Fusion or Oracle EBS SCM modules.
-
Strong functional understanding of Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes.
-
Experience with post-go-live support and system troubleshooting in a production environment.
-
Familiarity with Oracle processes such as P2P, inventory transactions, receiving, and work order planning.
-
Strong communication skills with ability to work directly with end users.
-
Prior experience in manufacturing or CPG environments is strongly preferred.
-
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
-
Custom development or backend coding
-
Integration design
-
Level 3 system support
-
You are people-oriented, building strong relationships with colleagues.
-
You bring structure and clarity to projects and support tasks.
-
You have a problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
-
You communicate technical concepts in a clear, user-friendly way.
-
You thrive in a collaborative team environment.
-
Based in Wisconsin at a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility & headquarters.
-
Primarily on-site, with occasional flexibility for remote work when business needs allow.
-
May require travel to other local facilities to ensure system and business continuity.
-
Competitive salary and benefits package.
-
Training and career advancement opportunities.
-
Paid Time Off and Floating Holidays.
-
401k & Roth with company match (vested immediately).
-
Comprehensive healthcare benefits starting the 1st of the month after hire.
