RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has an enterprise client seeking a Technical Program Product Manager II in Seattle, WA.

Summary:
AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we are the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. We work on the most challenging problems, with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain.

As a TIPM, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary networking projects with the opportunity to shape, define and deliver new methods of delivering technology solutions at scale. You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure changes and upgrades across Data Centers. You will manage our cross-functional projects, working with all organizational levels and groups including network operations, network engineering, infrastructure engineering and internal project management teams, as well as external vendors.

Key job responsibilities:
* Manage multiple competing cross-functional projects/programs simultaneously, some on a global scale
* Interact with engineers, technicians, project managers and senior management on a daily basis
* Run meetings, create and maintain timelines, and keep large, diverse groups informed of progress and obstacles
* Work with engineers to develop detailed and creative solutions to complex problems, while keeping a watchful eye on timelines and costs

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-5 years of experience in Program Management - Managing Data Center Infrastructure and Network Programs
* Must possess a working knowledge of networking and data center technologies
* Must have a proven track record of successful project management and show the ability to deliver effectively with compressed timelines while dealing with ambiguity
* Must have excellent Program Management skills, the ability to identify and mitigate risks, and remove blockers whilst applying critical thinking to develop paths to success
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential as you will be responsible to communicating with a variety of teams and partners as well as senior leadership
* Must have a proven track record of successful project management and show the ability to deliver effectively with compressed timelines while dealing with ambiguity
* Must possess a working knowledge of networking and data center technologies

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
