Minimum of 4 implementations of Oracle Talent Management, specific to Goals and Performance Management
Hands on configuration experience utilizing Visual Builder.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of Oracle technical skills (fast formulas, BI reporting, etc.)
Proven ability delivering complex and time sensitive projects
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks on assignments
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Ability to work well with offshore teams
Ability to work well in a team environment
Bachelor s degree or the equivalent combination of education plus relevant experience
