Job Title: Agile Coach
Location: Regina, SK (Hybrid)
Duration/Term: Long Term Contract
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Agile Coach with expertise in Agile transformation and SAFe implementation. The ideal candidate will have SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) certification, at least 2 years of coaching experience, and 2 years of Release Train Engineer (RTE) experience. This role requires strategic leadership, collaboration with senior executives, and guiding multiple teams through Agile adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide continuous guidance on Agile practices, roles, tools, and techniques.
- Monitor Agile implementation, recommending course corrections when necessary.
- Resolve blockers, ensuring teams can apply Agile methodologies effectively.
- Act as change agent, driving Agile adoption and transformation.
- Evangelize Agile methodologies across the organization, reinforcing their value.
- Facilitate large group discussions, leading teams through challenges.
- Coach senior leaders on Agile and scaled Agile frameworks.
- Guide teams at all stages of their Agile journey, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Perform business and technical Agile assessments, advising on how to enhance agility.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, ensuring DevOps-related activities occur seamlessly.
Required Qualifications:
- SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) certification with at least 2 years of coaching experience.
- 2+ years serving as a Release Train Engineer (RTE).
- 10+ years of experience in IT consulting, business analysis, or related fields.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years working in healthcare or IT organizations.
- Experience in workflow analysis, including modeling software (Visio).
- Prior experience leading cross-functional project teams.
- Proven ability to interact with executive leadership (VP level and above).
