Role: Radar Live Resources (WTW Product)
Location: Onsite Whitehouse, NJ (3 4 days onsite per week)

Position Overview
The client is seeking experienced professionals with strong hands-on exposure to WTW Radar Live who can provide L0/L1 platform support. The resource will be responsible for first-level issue handling, monitoring, and ensuring smooth platform operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide L0/L1 support for the WTW Radar Live platform.
- Monitor system performance and handle basic troubleshooting.
- Log incidents, resolve first-level issues, and escalate L2/L3 problems as required.
- Support deployments, configuration checks, and minor platform activities.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to maintain system stability.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and proper ticket management.
Must-Have Skills
- Mandatory experience with WTW Radar Live platform.
- Strong understanding of production support, platform monitoring, and incident triaging.
- Experience working in L0/L1 support environments.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Whitehouse, NJ (3 4 days/week).
