Noblis is looking for a User Experience Designer to facilitate effective design collaboration between the design and engineering teams. You will find intuitive solutions to complex problems and bridge the gap between the designers and Software Engineers. As a UI/UX Engineer you will collaborate and innovate with other colleagues, to address immediate mission challenges within the Intelligence Community (IC).

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package.

Noblis is looking for a User Experience Designer to facilitate effective design collaboration between the design and engineering teams. You will find intuitive solutions to complex problems and bridge the gap between the designers and Software Engineers. As a UI/UX Engineer you will collaborate and innovate with other colleagues, to address immediate mission challenges within the Intelligence Community (IC).
Responsibilities:
- Work with clients and our team of technical SMEs to develop and design a vision for a product.
- Collaborate with a team of Software Engineers and designers as a front-end engineer.
- Work closely with product owners, using data visualization tools based on client environment and needs.
- Design user interfaces and principles to effectively convey a message.
- Provide a high-quality user experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 3 years professional hands-on experience or Master's Degree and 1 year of professional hands-on experience
- Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph
