Job Details
seeking an experienced SailPoint IdentityNow/IdentityIQ professional to lead assessment, strategy, and roadmap development for Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions. This role involves evaluating client environments, identifying gaps, and recommending SailPoint-driven improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed assessments of existing IAM frameworks
- Recommend scalable SailPoint (IdentityNow/IIQ) solutions
- Collaborate with client stakeholders on current-state analysis and future-state planning
- Provide technical guidance on SailPoint features, integration, and best practices
- Support planning, estimation, and delivery roadmap definition
Required Skills:
- 6 10 years in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Strong expertise in SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ
- Experience with user provisioning, access reviews, RBAC, policy management
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Prior experience in IAM assessments or advisory roles
Nice to Have:
- SailPoint certifications
- Knowledge of other IAM tools (Okta, CyberArk, Azure AD)
- Previous Cognizant project experience
