Requirements
Proven experience managing EMR implementation projects, including planning, execution, and post-launch support.
Expertise in electronic medical record systems, such as Epic EMR or similar platforms.
Strong knowledge of CRM, HRIS databases, and enterprise software systems.
Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with the ability to oversee cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with data security protocols and compliance requirements in healthcare technology.
Ability to identify and leverage innovative technologies to improve system performance and user experience.
A detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
