Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Java Lead who can contribute to high-impact enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate should possess deep technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of enterprise-level applications using Java and JEE technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address urgent client issues.
- Ensure high-quality code by following best practices and conducting thorough code reviews.
- Provide full-stack solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Engage directly with US-based clients, including working flexible hours when required.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Java and JEE technologies.
- Strong experience with Spring, Tomcat, and Hibernate.
- Proficient in Git, managing Pull Requests, and conducting Code Reviews.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience working in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve high-priority client issues quickly.
- Strong technical and analytical skills with a quick learning curve.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Full-Stack Development using Angular or React.
- Familiarity with Sapiens Reinsurance platforms.
- Versatile programming abilities across multiple frameworks.
