Title: Enterprise Project Manager CRM Business Analyst
Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week in Columbia, South Carolina)
Contract Duration: 12 Months

Role Overview:
This role supports a major CRM reimplementation initiative. The Enterprise Project Manager CRM Business Analyst will gather business requirements, document workflows, and collaborate closely with technical and operational stakeholders to ensure the CRM solution is effectively designed, implemented, and adopted. The focus is on improving customer experience, enhancing internal process efficiency, and supporting organizational CRM strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support CRM reimplementation planning, requirements gathering, workflow documentation, and system configuration discussions.
Serve as the primary business analyst to translate functional needs into clear system requirements.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with business objectives.
Participate in testing, validation, user training, and adoption support activities.
Support business process optimization related to CRM workflows, pipeline management, and customer engagement strategies.
Work cross-functionally with internal leadership, program teams, and system administrators.
Assist in change management planning and rollout execution.
Required Experience:
5 or more years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM including configuration, implementation, and optimization.
7 or more years of experience working with sales processes including workflows, pipeline management, and process improvement.
3 or more years of experience working as a Business Analyst, responsible for gathering requirements, mapping processes, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Experience:
CRM-related certifications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant or Salesforce Consultant.
Experience creating training materials, user guides, and Standard Operating Procedures to support CRM adoption.
Experience working with Salesforce CRM (in addition to Dynamics preferred but not required).
