This role supports a large structured cabling company and ensures installations meet industry standards, design specifications, and project timelines. You will coordinate logistics, manage inventory, and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

About the Role

You will coordinate logistics, manage inventory, and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and direct onsite installation teams for AV projects.
- Coordinate material requisition and delivery with project managers.
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate equipment records.
- Track labor and material costs during the project.
- Use job journals and documentation tools to maintain schedules.
- Provide technical assistance and ensure compliance with design parameters.
- Conduct daily onsite inspections and deliver required documentation (field drawings, cable certification reports, warranties).
- Build and maintain subcontractor relationships.
- Stay current with emerging AV technologies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial audio-video installation.
- Strong knowledge of AV systems, blueprints, and scopes of work.
- Ability to program and configure devices from multiple manufacturers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage project execution.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift/move up to 10 lbs and work in varied environmental conditions.
