Network Security Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Network Security Engineer to join our IT infrastructure and security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and monitoring security measures to protect our network infrastructure from unauthorized access, misuse, or attack.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS systems, and other network security tools
• Perform regular network monitoring and vulnerability assessments
• Respond to and investigate security incidents and provide root cause analysis
• Configure and maintain secure network infrastructure (routers, switches, load balancers, etc.)
• Develop and maintain security documentation and network diagrams
• Collaborate with IT teams to enforce security policies and best practices
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA)
• Stay up to date on latest security threats, trends, and technologies
