Delivery Lead Data & Reporting

About the Role:
The US Delivery Lead (Data & Reporting) owns delivery outcomes across a portfolio of analytics and data programs, partnering closely with practice leadership in the US and India. You will guide delivery quality, engineering best practices, and stakeholder alignment from discovery through signoff, ensuring customer delight and profitable growth. This role reports to Bimal (Delivery/Practice Leadership) and collaborates daily with the Chief Data Officer and India delivery leadership.

Location & Travel
Preferred base: Greater Bay Area (CA) or RaleighDurham (NC); open to Remote US.
Travel: ~20 30% for client onsites, internal workshops, and travel to our Pune delivery center.
Hours: Flexibility to overlap 2 3 hours with IST for governance, standups, and reviews.

Key Responsibilities
Own endtoend delivery for data engineering, BI/analytics, and reporting programs scope, plan, execute, and govern to outcomes.
Establish and enforce delivery standards (SDLC, code review, CI/CD, testing, documentation) that raise quality and speed.
Run program governance cadence, risk/issue management, change control, QBRs/SteerCos and ensure clean stage gates to signoff.
Partner with solution architects to translate design visions into executable roadmaps; track value realization and adoption.
Lead an onsite offshore model: mentor US leads, coordinate with Pune teams, and optimize resourcing and utilization.
Collaborate with sales/presales on estimates, SOWs, and proposals; support pursuits and expansions with credible delivery plans.
Drive data product thinking versioned datasets, SLAs, observability, data contracts and champion security/compliance by design.
Maintain impeccable delivery hygiene in Jira/ADO and financials (burn, margin, forecasts); communicate proactively with executives.

Qualifications
8 12 years in data/analytics delivery or program management, including multiproject portfolios and executive stakeholder management.
Strong handson fluency across the data stack: SQL and Python; modern warehousing (e.g., Snowflake/BigQuery); ELT/Orchestration (e.g., dbt, Airflow); observability/testing (e.g., Great Expectations); APIs/REST.
BI/AI visualization experience with one or more: ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Looker; familiarity with Hex notebooks or similar.
Proven success operating an onsite offshore model with consistent IST overlap and distributed agile practices.
Demonstrated command of SOWs, estimates, budget/margin management, and risk/change control.
Excellent communication able to simplify complex designs, lead customer workshops, and drive consensus to decisions.
Nice to have: SnowPro/Core certification, dbt or ThoughtSpot certifications, PMIACP/Prince2, or comparable delivery credentials.
