Job Details

We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions in the manufacturing domain, with a specific focus on Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning (FSL), and integration/enhancement projects. This role requires a strong background in Salesforce architecture, end-to-end solution design, and experience working in large, complex business environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and lead scalable Salesforce implementations across Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, and related platforms.
  • Design and deliver robust integration solutions between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, legacy platforms, mobile apps, third-party tools).
  • Drive enhancement projects to continuously improve system capabilities, scalability, and business outcomes.
  • Lead technical solutioning sessions with stakeholders, analyze business processes, and translate them into architectural blueprints.
  • Define integration patterns using tools like MuleSoft, Azure API Management, Informatica, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices in multi-org environments, including performance optimization, security, and governance.
  • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, developers, and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
  • Provide technical mentorship to development teams and support the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of overall IT experience, with 6+ years in Salesforce architecture roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL) including scheduling, work order management, dispatch, and mobile solutions.
  • Deep expertise in integration projects (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms) and custom Salesforce enhancements.
  • Proven track record delivering Salesforce solutions for large-scale manufacturing clients or complex service organizations.
  • Experience managing large data volumes, custom objects, workflows, process builders, flows, and platform limitations.
  • Proficiency with DevOps and release management tools.
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications: Application Architect, System Architect, Service Cloud Consultant, FSL Consultant .

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with equipment service lifecycle, field service operations, and manufacturing industry best practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, SAFe frameworks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to lead client-facing discussions.
