Job Title: Senior Oracle EBS Technical Analyst (Finance/Projects)
Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)
Job Type: 8 Months contract

Job Description:
Seeking a Senior Oracle EBS Technical Analyst to support and enhance Oracle eBusiness Suite (R12.2.x), specifically within Finance and Oracle Projects modules. This role involves working with business users, supporting customizations/extensions, and contributing to the upcoming EBS upgrade.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical development and support across Oracle EBS modules.
• Develop, validate, and remediate customizations and extensions (Finance/Projects).
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and create technical specs.
• Ensure completion of change management activities and SOX compliance (if applicable).
• Apply standard project management methodologies and best practices.
• Work with Oracle Support to resolve issues and identify feasible solutions.
• Track deliverables and report progress to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT and business teams on the 12.2.10 12.2.15 upgrade.
• Occasional travel up to 10%.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or 10+ years of related technical/industry experience).
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Oracle EBS modules.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Projects:
  • Project Accounting
  • Project Billing
  • Project Cost Management
  • Integrations with Inventory, EAM, OTL, Fixed Assets, AP
• 5+ years experience with:
  • SQL & PL/SQL
  • BI Publisher
  • Oracle Workflow Builder
  • Oracle EBS backend tables
• Experience with Oracle Database 19c or higher.
• Experience with Oracle EBS customizations, extensions, personalizations, and OAF (preferred).
• 3+ years Oracle APEX development (nice to have).
• Experience working in a multi-developer, team-based environment.
