Mandatory Skills
Possess in-depth knowledge of the U.S. healthcare domain, with a strong focus on insurance.
Good understanding of AI/ML concepts for dashboard, data insights and Chatbot solutions
Hands-on experience with web services (REST/SOAP) and tools like Postman and Insomnia
Strong Agile methodology proficiency, including user story grooming, sprint planning, and stakeholder collaboration
Solid understanding of data mapping, data dictionaries, and functional specifications
Ability to act as liaison between Business, Development, and QA teams
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Experience supporting full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including testing and troubleshooting
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
7.5+ years of experience in systems analysis, integration, or a related technical role
Secondary Skills
Foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts for dashboard and data insights
Experience with Salesforce (SFDC), including configuration, customization, workflows, reports, dashboards, and user management
Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and AppExchange solutions
Experience with screen mockups and UI-to-data mapping
Involvement in competitive strategy and data-driven decision-making
Experience coordinating with third-party vendors and monitoring solution compliance
Awareness of process optimization through dashboard metrics and user analytics
Strong SQL skills for data validation and reporting
