Job description:
Key Responsibilities: design, develop, and deploy data integration, quality, and cleansing solutions, ensuring seamless data flow between systems, and they are responsible for maintaining and supporting business rules and processes.
Minimum 6-8 yrs of BODS experience
Experience is extracting data from different sources SAP BW, HANA, Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server
At least 2 full life cycle implementation experience
Experience with SAP Data Services 4.X version
Data Integration:
Design and develop data integration solutions using BODS to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources (SAP and non-SAP systems) into target systems.
Create and maintain ETL jobs and workflows to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
Data Quality:
Implement data quality rules and processes to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Develop and maintain data cleansing and standardization processes.
Data Management:
Manage and maintain data sources, transformations, and other objects within the BODS environment.
Utilize BODSs central repository for metadata management.
Technical Expertise:
Possess a strong understanding of data warehousing principles and best practices, such as Star-Schema design and Change Data Capture.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BODS and data integration processes.
Business Requirements:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data integration and data quality requirements.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions using BODS.
Support and Maintenance:
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for BODS projects and solutions.
Monitor and optimize the performance of BODS jobs and workflows.
