Pay: 75k - 120k

Job Description:



Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Vendor Management:
  • Manage relationships with existing lead generation vendors, ensuring performance meets firm quality and cost benchmarks.
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend new vendors to meet growth goals.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to maximize ROI.
  • Review and approve new vendor contracts in collaboration with management
  • Monitor ongoing vendor performance, escalate issues, and terminate underperforming vendors as needed.

Financial Oversight:
  • Review, validate, and approve invoices from lead vendors to ensure billing accuracy.
  • Track vendor costs and ensure alignment with agreed terms and budget allocations.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead source costs for reporting and forecasting purposes.

Lead Acquisition & Pipeline Growth:
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase lead volume by at least 20% annually.
  • Identify new lead sources, campaign types, or partnerships to support growth objectives.
  • Coordinate testing and onboarding of new lead sources, ensuring smooth integration with intake systems.
  • Monitor and track incoming leads across all platforms, ensuring they meet firm case criteria.
  • Collaborate with the intake and operations team to assess lead quality and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Coordinate testing of new lead sources or campaign types (e.g., pay-per-lead, signed leads).

Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Track lead performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and present actionable recommendations.
  • Use data insights to continuously optimize campaigns and vendor mix for better quality and cost efficiency.

Collaboration:
  • Work cross-functionally with intake, marketing, and operation teams to align lead generation activities with firm goals.
  • Provide the intake and operations team with lead source insights and recommendations for handling various lead types.

Optimization & Innovation:
  • Stay informed on trends in legal marketing and lead generation.
  • Recommend and implement best practices and process improvements.

Compliance:
  • Ensure all activities comply with legal advertising rules, ethical standards, and applicable privacy laws (TCPA, etc.).

Qualifications:
  • Very well organized
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years experience in lead generation, vendor management, and/or marketing operations, preferably in a legal, healthcare, or service industry.
  • Demonstrated experience growing lead volume and managing vendor relationships.
  • Familiarity with legal intake or personal injury marketing is a plus.
  • Strong skills in vendor negotiation, contract review, and invoice management.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Litify), lead tracking platforms, and Excel.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.


Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with Litify or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies (SEO, paid media).
  • Bilingual (Spanish-English) a plus.


Performance Goal:
  • Grow qualified lead volume by at least 20% year-over-year while maintaining cost per lead and cost per signed case within firm-established benchmarks.
