Solugenix is assisting a client, a prestigious and large investment management company in their search for an AWS Delphix Engineer. This is a long-term contract opportunity based out of San Antonio, TX (Hybrid/Remote).

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of related experience.
• Creating, configuring, and maintaining Infrastructure on AWS Cloud services including Virtual Private Cloud VPC, EC2, RDS, S3, Route53, SNS, CloudFront, CloudWatch, and IA.
• Migrating data from on-prem to Amazon Web Services cloud.
• Creating S3 buckets and folder management within it.
• Creating role-based policies to access AWS resources like S3 and other AWS services.
• Creating or Importing Volumes into AWS instances.
• Create and configure the Elastic Load balancers with Autoscaling groups.
• Create Alarms, events, and logs on CloudWatch for monitoring and Cloud trail for logging events onto S3 to troubleshoot and record event history.
• Design AWS Cloud Formation templates and Terraform code development to deploy infrastructure onto multiple zones and regions.
• Integration of Jenkins with GIT for automating builds.
• Hands-on experience with databases MySQL, MongoDB, and MSSQL creating users, performing dump/restore, and taking automated snapshots.
• Creating complex caching and routing policies.
• Exposure to Kubernetes clusters and managing the clusters using KOPS, Rancher.
• Experience in administration, engineering, and support of the Delphix platform – Mandatory.
• Onboard and manage VDB and resources on Cloud and prime premises – Mandatory.
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., Ansible, Shell scripting, Python, PowerShell) to develop and maintain automation of operational tasks.
• Good to have migration experience from on-prem to cloud.
• Proficiency in Delphix virtualization and Continuous Compliance.
• Proficiency with Delphix Self-Service tools.
• Perform in-place data masking with integrity.

Technologies:

AWS (EC2, VPC, ELB, S3, CLI, RDS, VPC, SNS, CloudFront, CloudWatch, Cloud Formation and Route 53), GIT, Jenkins, Terraform, Docker, Ansible, Kubernetes and Delphix.

Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $80/hour to $85/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training and/or experience.
