Role: Oracle CX Cloud Incentive Compensation (IC) Functional Lead

Duration: 12+ Months

Location: 100% Remote

Job Description:

Responsible for working with Client to understand current implementation of their Incentive compensation Program.

Capture the requirement around IC.

Responsible for the functional specification, technical design, implementation, and support of IC.

Administer and manage the company's incentive compensation programs, ensuring all calculations and payments are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Human Resources, to establish and maintain effective incentive compensation processes and policies.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's incentive plans, including metrics, targets, and payout structures.

Collaborate with Sales Operations to ensure accurate and timely data collection, validation, and integration into the compensation system.

Perform regular audits and analysis of incentive compensation data to identify and resolve any discrepancies or inaccuracies.

What You Bring:

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science

5+ years of experience in Incentive Compensation module and PRM is a plus.

5+ years in Oracle Service Cloud consulting in implementation across multiple clients and solution offerings

Strong knowledge MDF & Co-op functionality

Should have good understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) similar cloud-based Integration platforms and Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow).

Should be Oracle Service Cloud Trained / Certified with understanding of Oracle Service Cloud architecture.

Experience in Interface Development and CRM Integrations including usability, accessibility testing and validation.

Strong experience with Build and Release, Systems Integration, Agile, Estimations/Planning.

Maintain high standards of code quality and unit test coverage.

Good language and communication skills desired.

Have experience of building at least two projects from scratch.
