Job Description:
Pay Range: $80hr - $85hr

- Provides architectural oversight of IT project activities in their area(s) of expertise to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
- Participates in the development of process, data, and technology standards and design discussions, reviews, which increase capabilities, scalability and performance.
- Provides technical guidance, training, direction and reviews the work of colleagues working on architectural issues to ensure alignment.
- Oversee critical steps within the Software Development Life Cycle components that impact platform-wide development.
- Interact with various business user groups for gathering requirements for Salesforce implementation and documented the Business and Software Requirements.
- Assist with incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.
- Communicate project status to various levels of management.
- Contributes to strategic technology planning, including proposed cost implications; able to anticipate business needs to effectively plan for the future of technologies supported.
- Participates as a member of a review council contributing to the development and adoption of the new architecture and standards across IT.
- Provides solutions to the business, leveraging their technical expertise, a broad understanding of the current and future technology architectures, and an awareness of Gilead key strategies and objectives.
- Leads the evaluation of new technologies relative to their area(s) of expertise.
- Proposes technology investments supported by a thorough technical analysis, proof of concept and business case.
- Deep working knowledge of Salesforce/Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, Lightning, LWC, Omni Studio and experience with modern web and mobile technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Components, others).
- Thorough knowledge of Architectural XXgn Patterns.
- Data Architecture and Candidateagement.
- Hands-on development, config, and data setup for testing.
- Hands-on experience by using an ETL tool to perform data loading from external systems.
- Experience in healthcare transformation project as a Technical/Enterprise Architect.
- Experience in implementing large scale projects, Go-Live activities, and Hyper care.
- Strong presentation skills, communication skills & able to develop content for appropriate audiences.
- Experience working in healthcare GXP environment.
