Job Details

PMO Coordinator / Analyst 

Location: SanJose | Fulltime 

Mission–Provide the operational backbone for the ITfocused PMO, ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and rapid staff mobilization. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Administer Jira, Smartsheet, and SharePoint: create project spaces, workflows, and dashboards. 
  • Compile weekly KPI dashboards (budget vs. actual, burndown, milestone heat maps) and distribute to stakeholders. 
  • Track purchase orders, invoices, and time entries; flag cost variances for PM review. 
  • Maintain central RAID and decision logs across multiple project tracks (SAP, Security, CRM, HRIS). 
  • Prepare steeringcommittee decks, sprint artefacts, and release notes. 
  • Onboard/offboard burstcapacity resources, ensuring equipment and licence provisioning within 48hours. 
  • Perform basic data analysis with Excel, Power Query, or Power BI to surface performance insights. 
  • Enforce documentcontrol standards for SOX, ISO27001, or similar audits. 

Requirements 

  • 2+years experience in a PMO or projectcoordination role supporting IT projects. 
  • Advanced Excel skills; working knowledge of Jira and/or Smartsheet required; Clarity PPM exposure a plus. 
  • CAPM or ScrumMaster certification (CSM/PSM) is advantageous. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
