Title: Senior Oracle Strategic Workforce Planning Consultant
Location - Charlotte NC (Onsite)
Note: Role is open for both Contract (W2, & C2C) And Full-time hiring
Note: Current role is with our direct client

Job Summary:

  • As a Senior Oracle Strategic Workforce Planning Consultant, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Strategic Workforce Planning solutions for our clients. Leveraging your expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and workforce planning methodologies, you will collaborate closely with clients to develop strategic workforce plans, optimize organizational structures, and align talent management initiatives with business objectives. Your in-depth understanding of workforce planning best practices and Oracle technologies will be instrumental in helping our clients build agile and resilient workforces to meet future challenges.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Strategic Workforce Planning solutions, including setup, customization, and integration with HR systems.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business strategies, workforce dynamics, and talent management goals.
  • Develop and implement workforce planning models, scenarios, and simulations using Oracle HCM Cloud and related tools.
  • Analyze workforce data, trends, and projections to identify talent gaps, succession risks, and opportunities for organizational improvement.
  • Design and implement workforce segmentation strategies based on skills, competencies, and performance metrics.
  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients on workforce planning strategies, organizational design, and talent development initiatives.
  • Conduct workforce planning workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities for client stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, and operations, to align workforce planning efforts with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in workforce planning, talent management, or HR consulting roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, and Workforce Planning.
  • Strong understanding of workforce planning methodologies, including demand forecasting, succession planning, and skills gap analysis.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence tools, workforce planning software, and advanced Excel modeling techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate workforce data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of leading successful implementations and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced consulting environment.
  • Oracle certifications such as Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Specialist or Oracle Workforce Management Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist are desirable.
