Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead application development initiatives and manage cross-departmental collaboration. This role requires expertise in Agile methodologies and project management frameworks, as well as experience in mergers and acquisitions (M& A). The ideal candidate will ensure successful project delivery while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Lead application development projects using Agile Scrum methodologies to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Oversee project lifecycles from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Manage cross-functional teams and foster collaboration across departments to achieve project goals.
Coordinate and execute tasks related to mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and integration planning.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success and minimize disruptions.
Facilitate regular progress updates and stakeholder meetings to maintain transparency and alignment.
Ensure strict adherence to project management standards and best practices.
Monitor project performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary.
Provide leadership and guidance to team members, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on application development.
Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile Scrum methodologies.
PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
Strong background in mergers and acquisitions, including integration processes.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in risk management and problem-solving within a project context.
Familiarity with tools and software used in project planning and performance tracking.
