Role: PeopleSoft to Workday Data Conversion / Migration Specialist
Location: United States

Experience Required: 7+ years
- This project involves migrating data from PeopleSoft systems to Workday. It will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand data requirements, troubleshoot issues during the conversion process, and ensure seamless integration with Workday's Human Capital Management (HCM) and financial modules.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute data extraction and transformation processes for HR and Finance.
- Optimize SQL queries, Application Engine, and SQR scripts for efficient data migration.
- Map PeopleSoft data fields to Workday equivalents and resolve inconsistencies.
- Implement ETL tools and validate data accuracy post-migration.
- Collaborate with functional teams and Workday consultants for seamless transition.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7 years of experience conducting security analysis and documentation of PeopleSoft roles and permission lists.
- 7 years of experience mapping and migrating security roles to Workday, ensuring Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) best practices.
- 7 years of experience implementing security policies, governance frameworks, and compliance controls (SOX, GDPR, NIST).
- 7 years of experience conducting security risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
- 7 years of experience providing training and documentation on Workday security policies.
- 7 years of experience analyzing security issues and developing innovative solutions to mitigate risks.
- 7 years of experience working collaboratively with various teams to ensure comprehensive security practices.
