Workday Time and Absence Resource

Location: Dallas, TX (Remote Dallas-area candidates preferred)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Workday Time and Absence Resource The ideal candidate will have strong functional and configuration expertise in Workday Time Tracking and Absence, along with solid analytical and collaboration skills.

  • Configure and support Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules.

  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective Workday configurations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional and offshore teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Work independently while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.

  • Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and enhancement initiatives.

  • 3 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday Absence and Time Tracking.

  • 7+ years of overall Workday HCM experience preferred.

  • Current or prior Workday Time Tracking and/or Absence Certification strongly preferred.

  • Proven experience working with onshore/offshore models.

  • Strong self-starter attitude with the ability to work in a structured environment.

  • No strict location requirement, but Dallas-area candidates who can go on-site occasionally are a plus.
