Role: Senior DevOps Engineer

Location: Cincinnati, OH // onsite (Only Locals Needed)

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to drive the design, automation, and optimization of our CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and containerized deployments. You will play a key role in ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable application delivery by collaborating with development, QA, operations, and security teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC)using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelineswith GitHub Actions, Harness, or equivalent tools.
  • Define and execute roadmaps for Azure clusters, multi-region, and multi-cloud environments.
  • Deploy and manage containerized applicationswith Docker, Kubernetes, and orchestration tools (Helm, Rancher, Kustomize, etc.).
  • Configure and monitor observability systemsincluding Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, or Datadog.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployments and smooth operations.
  • Implement security best practices, including vulnerability assessments and compliance checks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, deployment, and performance issues.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for systems, pipelines, and automation processes.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of DevOps or related engineering experience.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Proven proficiency in Kubernetes and containerization (Docker).
  • Expertise with IaC tools (Terraform required; CloudFormation nice to have).
  • Skilled in CI/CD practices and tools (GitHub Actions, Harness, or similar).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash or PowerShell.
  • Strong understanding of Git workflows and version control practices.
  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals (DNS, HTTP, SSL/TLS).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
