RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking Senior Front End Software Developers in Lehi, UT.

Responsibilities:
* Senior Front End Software Developer will design and build AI-powered solutions optimized for enterprise-scale environments
* Leverage modern AI technologies to create meaningful, data-driven products
* Collaborate within a high-performing Agile team that thrives on lean and iterative development
* Work closely with product managers and designers to deliver value aligned with our product vision and company principles
* Provide clear, consistent updates on project and task progress
* Take ownership of complex software initiatives, guiding architecture and execution
* Mentor and support fellow engineers, fostering growth and collaboration
* Integrate automated unit, integration, and functional tests into the development cycle to ensure stability and scalability
* As a Senior Front End Software Developer, you will deliver clear technical documentation to improve team alignment and knowledge sharing
* Uphold engineering standards and best practices across the codebase
* Contribute cross-functionally, sharing knowledge and elevating our software engineering discipline

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5-8 years of hands-on experience in professional software development
* Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, especially Terraform
* Experience working with Microservices and Microfrontend architecture patterns
* Strong experience with state management tools like Redux and knowledge of immutable data patterns
* Proven expertise with both React and Angular frameworks
* Practical experience with AWS (e.g., ECS, Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, OpenSearch, CloudFront, S3)
* Deep understanding of single-page application (SPA) architecture and performance optimization
* Familiarity with component-based design and native browser APIs
* Solid grasp of responsive web design and building for cross-browser compatibility
* Expertise in designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs
* Understanding of DevOps workflows and CI/CD best practices
* Knowledge of observability best practices: monitoring, logging, alerting
* Skilled in TypeScript and modern JavaScript practices
* History of deploying scalable, resilient distributed systems
* Strong testing mindset - capable of implementing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
* Awareness of API and application security principles (e.g., encryption, input validation, rate limiting)
* Exposure to Domain-Driven Design (DDD) methodologies
* Experience helping organizations transition from monolithic to Microfrontend architecture is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
