- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience supporting financial systems or ERP platforms (e.g., Workday)
- Background in insurance or financial services industry
- Familiarity with cloud-first development strategies
- Experience mentoring or leading junior engineers
- Interest in contributing to platform architecture decisions
