Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ERP Developer to support development and upgrade activities for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 applications. The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing, developing, testing, and maintaining PeopleSoft systems, ensuring full integration with the organization’s ERP landscape.
This is an on-site role based in Austin, TX. The developer will work closely with functional teams to support ERP enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system stability and performance during active project phases, including upgrade implementations.
 

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Review, analyze, and modify PeopleSoft applications using PeopleTools.
  • Develop, test, and debug customizations and enhancements in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
  • Ensure seamless integration of new features and updates into the ERP system.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Maintain technical documentation and support deployment efforts.
  • Utilize tools such as Oracle SQL Developer, SQL*Plus, and TOAD for database development and analysis.
  • Support implementation or upgrade activities with a focus on quality and performance.
 

Required Experience/Skills
  • 15+ years of development experience using PeopleTools.
  • 15+ years of experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
  • 15+ years of experience with Oracle SQL Developer, SQL*Plus, or TOAD.
  • 8+ years of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 development with functional knowledge.
  • Experience with at least 2 PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 implementations or upgrades.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Education
Bachelor's or equivalent
