ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Solutions Operations Lead
Responsible for 24/7 operations and technical support.
Maintain the solution at contracted Service Level Agreement (SLA) levels and provide SLA Reports.
- Manage the development and approval of the Maintenance and Operations (M&O) Plan.
- Manage processes and communications as defined in the M&O Plan.
- Maintain adequate staffing levels to support the solution.
- Ensures the overall integrity and security posture of the system as defined in the M&O Plan.
- Perform other duties as required.
Solution Operations Lead
Mandatory Experience
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience managing the operational processes, including help desk and training, of the proposed solution.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience training and leading the client operations team in knowledge transfer and management of business rules.
- A minimum of two (2) years of knowledge and experience with public health in the public sector.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience of leading geographically distributed teams.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience managing IT operations for a large IT system valued at $5,000,000 or more.
Desirable Experience:
- One (1) to three (3) years of experience as the Solution Operations Lead implementing or maintaining a public sector system.
