General Business Analyst 4

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX seeking a General Business Analyst.

Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end business analysis for high-impact projects, including requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and solution design
* Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and present actionable insights to senior leadership
* Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and models to support strategic planning and performance tracking
* Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit business needs and translate them into technical and functional requirements
* Collaborate with IT, finance, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment and successful implementation of business solutions
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending process enhancements
* Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of analytical excellence and professional growth
* Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance analytical capabilities and business impact

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred)
* 7+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or related roles
* Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and analytical software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python)
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
* Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and delivering measurable business outcomes
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
