Oracle EBS Technical Consultant
Greenville, SC-Onsite

Long Term

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical architecture, development, and delivery of Oracle EBS solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices
  • Manage and mentor a team of Oracle EBS technical consultants and developers, providing guidance on solution design, development standards, and code reviews
  • Design, develop, and maintain RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows)
  • Oversee the customization and extension of Oracle EBS modules (Financials, Supply Chain, HRMS, Manufacturing depending on focus) using:
    • PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, BI Publisher, Oracle Workflow, OA Framework
  • Lead technical aspects of EBS Upgrades, Patch Management, Cloning, and Data Migration projects
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Drive performance tuning, system optimization, and troubleshooting of complex issues in production and development environments
  • Ensure documentation of technical specifications, development processes, and support procedures
  • Stay updated with Oracle EBS roadmap, new features, and emerging Oracle Cloud technologies

Qualification:

  • Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite technical development and support, with at least 2 3 years in a lead or senior role
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, Oracle Workflow, BI Publisher
    • RICEW development and Oracle EBS APIs / Interfaces
    • OA Framework (OAF) and Web ADI (nice to have)
  • Experience with EBS Upgrades (R12.2.x), Cloning, Patching, and Oracle DB administration basics
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage project timelines, and communicate effectively with business and IT stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion) or OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
