We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant / Business Systems Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce solution design, administration, consulting, and Healthcare Payer domain knowledge. This is a client-facing, onsite role requiring advanced skills in requirements gathering, solutioning, CRM roadmap execution, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate must have extensive background working across Sales, Service, Experience, Health, and Data Clouds, along with strong stakeholder management and onsite offshore coordination experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead or contribute significantly to Salesforce solution design across Sales, Service, Experience, Health, and Data Clouds.
- Work directly with business & IT teams to translate requirements into scalable technical/functional Salesforce solutions.
- Partner with Senior Salesforce Architects, Enterprise Architects, VPs/Directors to align solutions with business goals.
- Conduct complete requirements lifecycle EPICs, features, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria.
- Prepare high-quality documentation, including gap analysis, solution design, use cases, and scope documents.
- Coordinate with onsite & offshore teams across development, configuration, testing, and deployment phases.
- Facilitate requirement clarification and brainstorming sessions with business stakeholders.
- Support large-scale Salesforce programs using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ensure Salesforce best practices, governance, and compliance in all solutioning activities.
