Our client is seeking a Partner Operations Manager (Solutions Consultant) to join their team onsite in New York, NY.

  • Contract Length: 8-Month Contract, W2

  • Location: New York, NY 10014 (HYBRID)

  • Pay Rate: $90-120/hr (W2) Based on Experience


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner and consultant, delivering solutions aligned with user, partner, and client business needs.

  • Manage project planning, status reporting, issue tracking, and documentation to ensure project milestones are met.

  • Translate commercial business models into scalable, repeatable solutions across the user or partner lifecycle.

  • Contribute to the development and documentation of best practices, tutorials, and internal knowledge assets.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to shape long-term solution strategies and prioritize product feature direction.

  • Execute solutions based on business and technical requirements, with a mix of technical and stakeholder-facing work.

  • Identify solution delivery risks or inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.

  • Participate in business reviews and assist in partner strategy development and execution.

  • Help assess product gaps based on feedback and data, and communicate insights to internal teams.

  • Build and maintain strategic stakeholder relationships to ensure quality service delivery and ongoing engagement.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, consulting, or solution delivery roles.

  • Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Proficient in problem-solving, systems thinking, and technical solution scoping.

  • Familiarity with commercial models, customer conversations, and opportunity pipeline management.

  • Ability to manage complex initiatives with minimal guidance while supporting and coaching others.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
