Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Technical Writer to join our Public Cloud Product Management Office. In this role, you will create clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation to support our Public Cloud AWS and Google Cloud Platform infrastructure engineering and operations teams.
Your responsibilities will include developing technical requirements templates, workflow documentation, operational efficiency guidelines, and process improvement materials. You will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure all documentation is accurate, accessible, and aligned with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including requirements templates, workflows, and process manuals.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to capture complex technical information and translate it into user-friendly content.
- Document operational processes and identify opportunities to improve clarity and efficiency.
- Standardize documentation practices across the Public Cloud Product organization.
- Continuously enhance documentation based on stakeholder feedback and evolving platform capabilities.
Mandatory Skills & Proficiencies:
- Strong experience with Atlassian Confluence (3-5 years)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work closely with technical teams and translate complex concepts into clear documentation
