Job Title: Oracle ERP Testing Lead
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 12 Months (extendable)
Client Domain: Open (Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, etc.)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on QA Testing Lead to manage Oracle ERP testing efforts for diverse clients across industries. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in ERP testing strategies, automation implementation, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead QA planning and execution for Oracle ERP Cloud or EBS projects.
- Collaborate with business users and IT to understand business processes and define test scope.
- Prepare test strategy, create test plans, design test cases/scripts, and ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Manage testing timelines, defect triaging, test data preparation, and UAT support.
- Drive automation where feasible and contribute to continuous process improvement.
- Provide leadership to offshore QA teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in QA/testing, with 4+ years leading Oracle ERP QA efforts.
- Deep understanding of Oracle modules Financials, Procurement, SCM, or Projects.
- Experience in Cloud ERP testing and migration validation.
- Strong knowledge of test automation and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

- Test Management: Jira, ALM, Zephyr, TestRail
- Automation: Selenium, TestNG, Oracle OATS, Tosca
- CI/CD: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps
- Methodologies: Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid
