About the Role:
TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Video Lead to support video conferencing and event enablement onsite in Hermitage. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical experience in video systems and a passion for delivering seamless virtual and in-office experiences.

About the Role:
TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Video Lead to support video conferencing and event enablement onsite in Hermitage. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical experience in video systems and a passion for delivering seamless virtual and in-office experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide video enablement support for MTR rooms, Zoom rooms, Webex, and Crestron systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in video-enabled rooms remotely.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors for remote support.
- Manage and respond to ServiceNow tickets.
- Configure layouts and features for live and virtual events based on client specifications.
- Present technical features to large audiences and provide training on conferencing platforms.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and escalate issues as needed.
- Monitor trends and issues in collaborative technologies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years in video conferencing or AV support.
- Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Familiarity with Zoom, Teams, Webex, and other streaming platforms.
- Understanding of video codecs, playback equipment, and streaming protocols.
- Knowledge of production equipment (switchers, audio boards, cameras, lighting, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Basic understanding of information risk and security principles.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
- Comfortable being on camera and presenting to global audiences.
- Knowledge of industry standards for live event production.
