Production Engineering - Data Services
Location: Plano, TX
Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Snowflake, Tableau, Kafka, EMR, and big data platforms
- Manage MFT protocols and MuleSoft integrations
- Troubleshoot APIs, monitor with Datadog/Dynatrace
- Handle incidents, maintain documentation, and support CI/CD pipelines
- Provide cross-training and collaborate with teams
Must-Have Skills:
- 9+ years in enterprise app support
- MFT, MuleSoft, ETL/EDL, Dynatrace/Datadog
- AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.), Terraform, scripting (Python, Bash)
- API development (REST, GraphQL, SOAP), SQL/NoSQL
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills
Preferred:
- AWS/MuleSoft/Red Hat certifications
- ITIL, Tableau, DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with AI/ML for APIs and data analysis
