Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain SharePoint Online and related Microsoft 365 services (Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform).
- Manage site collections, permissions, and user roles, ensuring adherence to governance and security policies.
- Perform daily monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of the SharePoint environment.
- Support migration activities, configuration updates, and rollout of new features as directed by the Architect.
- Configure and manage document libraries, lists, workflows, and metadata.
- Administer Power Automate flows, Power Apps connections, and integration setups.
- Coordinate with IT security for DLP, backup, audit logging, and compliance requirements.
- Provide Tier-2 user support, resolving access and functionality issues efficiently.
- Maintain administration documentation, configuration logs, and change control records.
- Assist in training and onboarding business users on SharePoint and M365 best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 8 years of IT experience with at least 3 years in SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365 administration.
- Strong hands-on skills in SharePoint configuration, site provisioning, and permission management.
- Experience managing Power Automate / Power Apps integrations and Teams connectivity.
- Working knowledge of PnP and PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
- Familiarity with Sharegate, Metalogix, or equivalent migration/backup tools.
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Center, retention, and DLP policies.
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- Microsoft certification such as MS-700 (Managing Microsoft Teams) or M365 Administrator Associate preferred.
