Position: MES Technician

Location: Beaverton, Oregon

Duration: 6-12 months but probably long term

Rate: Open

Interview: Video

100% remote but must be onsite 2-3 weeks to train.

We are looking for a MES Technician. This position will be full-time and Hybrid. This is a 6-12 month position.

Person will be required to be onsite for training.

The PROMIS MES is the system of record for all Parts, Production Flows, Tools and WIP in the Manufacturing Facility. As a PROMIS Technician, you will create, update and maintain Production, Engineering and Test Wafer flows.

What You'll Do



Support PROMIS procedures

Maintain and support PROMIS MES Prod Building and lot tracking.

Troubleshoot technical issues related to the MES system and Wafer Fab Lot Processing.

Work closely with Production and Engineering groups to identify enhancements to improve manufacturing efficiencies.

Identify and resolve user issues.

Create and update procedure flows and parts.

Write and revise Control Plan documentation.

Set up lots for processing on Process Experiment Flows (PEF).

Create review files for requestors to review and approve changes.

Document change requests and approvals in the ServiceNow system.

Document Process Flow changes in Control Plan and/or PRL ECNs in SAP DMS/DocMan.

Answer questions/emails in a timely manner.



What You''ll Need



Education- AS degree or higher

Six months or greater experience as a Semiconductor Fab Operator

Knowledge of SPC, PROMIS, DMR and FPS a plus.

SAP DMS and ServiceNow experience a plus.

Data query skills (SQL) a plus.

Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency a must.

High attention to detail.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Able to multi-task efficiently on several simultaneous efforts.

Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Able to work with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
