Description

We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst I to join our team in Houston, Texas. In this long-term contract role, you will play a critical part in supporting Windows 11 migrations and ensuring seamless IT operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with expertise in Windows environments and hands-on experience with Autopilot.

Responsibilities:
Assist with the migration and deployment of Windows 11 systems across the organization.
Configure and manage Autopilot for efficient device setup and deployment.
Provide technical support for Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments, troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed.
Collaborate with global helpdesk teams to ensure consistent and effective IT support.
Perform hardware and software configurations, ensuring optimal performance of computer systems.
Utilize Active Directory for user account management and system administration.
Support Mac computers and other hardware as required by the organization.
Maintain documentation for IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and IT standards during all deployments.

Requirements

Proven experience with Windows 11 migrations and Autopilot configurations.
Familiarity with Windows 10 environments and their deployment processes.
Proficiency in using Active Directory for user and system management.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and configuration management.
Experience with Mac computers and cross-platform troubleshooting.
Ability to collaborate effectively with global IT teams and follow established protocols.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members and stakeholders.
