Immediate need for a talented Data Entry Clerk. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Warminster, PA(Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $22 - $23.15/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- A Data Entry Clerk is responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining information in computer systems and databases.
- Receiving task from invoicing from builder for damages
- Responsible to track of materials and schedule within our system
- Meeting PMs to ensure tracking system is updated.
- Interact with PMs to help maintain schedules and inquires and updating trackers
- Printing mail out packages
- Different system like Microsoft and internal systems
- Assisting PMs in back-office function
- Entering data from source documents into computer systems or databases.
- Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data entered.
- Updating and maintaining databases by entering new or updated information.
- Verifying data by comparing it to source documents.
- Generating reports and extracting data as needed.
- Managing and organizing data files and documents.
- Responding to requests for information and providing support to other staff members.
- Following data entry procedures and protocols to ensure data integrity and security.
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Adhering to deadlines and productivity standards.
- A Data Entry Clerk should have strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- They should also have good computer skills and be proficient in data entry software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous experience in data entry or a related field may be required, although some positions may provide on-the-job training.

- 6 months to 1 year (Very entry level role) - Open to look at 3- 4 years of experience as well.
- It would be nice to have clerical background
- Organized
- Communication skills through email
- Can easily learn new systems (propriety systems they need to learn)
- Can be flexible.
- Data entry, spreadsheets, excel, some Power Bi.
- Asset management system knowledge.
- Project management system knowledge
- Data entry including excel
- Learn how to use Asset Management system and Project Management system
- Person should be to use all Microsoft office applications and other computer-based software.
- Need experience with Construction and utility field (Electrical, Gas).
- No bachelor degree. A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required for this role.
