Location: Bangalore, India (Work from Office)

We are a growing IT staffing and solutions company committed to connecting skilled technology professionals with top organizations. As we expand our presence, we're looking for enthusiastic and driven Technical Recruiters to join our Bangalore office.
Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles across technologies like Java, Python, Cloud, AI/ML, DevOps, Data Engineering, etc.
Utilize job portals (Naukri, Monster, Dice, etc.), social media (LinkedIn), and internal databases to identify candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate technical fit, communication, and interest.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely updates and smooth onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to understand job requirements and priorities.
Maintain and update ATS (Applicant Tracking System) with accurate candidate information.
Requirements
1 3 years of experience in IT recruitment (domestic or US staffing experience preferred).
Familiarity with technical roles, skill sets, and industry trends.
Strong sourcing abilities and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other portals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational abilities.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR/IT-related preferred).
