We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of development experience. Join our dynamic team and contribute to innovative projects within the ServiceNow platform.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement solutions within the ServiceNow CSM and ITSM domains.
- Utilize ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and AngularJS.
- Create and manage workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
- Develop and integrate using ServiceNow API architecture, REST integrations, and Scripted REST API.
- Manage the Advanced Work Assignment module, including setting up channels, queues, assignment rules, handling agent presence and capacity, and troubleshooting technical issues within Agent Chat and Configurable Workspace.
- Design and implement Service Portal architecture, including creating portals, pages, widgets, and custom logic using AngularJS.
- Work with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, and all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system.
- Customize ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macros, and CMS with CSS and HTML.
Must-Haves:
- Minimum of 5 years of strict development experience in ServiceNow.
- Skilled in ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and AngularJS.
