Pay Range: $200000K-$250000K
Description:
Lead strategic initiatives for the People Data Domain, encompassing all staff data.
Ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with enterprise standards.
Engage with business contacts to understand data requirements and challenges.
Collaborate with technology partners to refine data strategy requirements.
Align People data usage with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Define business cases and prioritize data initiatives across the domain.
Establish processes aligned with enterprise data policies and standards.
Define access controls and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Manage product lifecycle for data products, ensuring high data quality and governance.
Analyze data insights to drive product decisions and improvements.
Qualifications:
7 years of experience in a Management role (VP/SVP/Dir/ExecDir).
3 years of experience with Data Quality and Data Management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Experience with regulatory and compliance requirements related to People data.
