UX Business Analyst Location : Austin Texas Client : State of Texas Position is ONSITE at the location listed above (NO REMOTE WORK). Program will only accept LOCAL ONLY candidates for this position (Within a 50-mile radius). Please do not submit candidates who are currently out of state and are planning to move to Texas. Candidates must already reside in Texas. Exp: Minimum 12+ Years Must as a UX Design Business Analyst Must Have Strong and Genuine Experience Related to UX design Projects NOTE : Candidates with Any State Agency Experience will Get High Priority
Important:
Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of Austin, TX.
No out-of-state candidates or those planning to relocate will be considered.
Minimum 12+ years of experience as a UX Design Business Analyst required.
Strong, genuine experience in UX design projects is mandatory.
Candidates with any State Agency experience will receive high priority.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs aligned with overall business strategies.
Conduct business process reengineering and identify technology applications to enhance operational effectiveness.
Develop and present solution options, risk assessments, and financial analyses including cost/benefit and ROI.
Prepare detailed documentation of user needs, program functions, and development steps.
Facilitate and lead business analysis across multiple initiatives and special projects.
Develop business analysis tools, define requirements, and report progress to management and leadership.
Collaborate with functional teams to identify unmet needs and opportunities for process improvements.
Create and maintain strategic and project SDLC documentation including gap analysis, roadmaps, requirements, design documents, and test cases.
Utilize UX design expertise to enhance user experience within project solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
12+ years of experience as a UX Design Business Analyst with solid UX design project involvement.
Proven ability to research, analyze, and solve complex business and system problems.
Skilled in business process mapping, reengineering, and identifying operational efficiencies.
Experience analyzing program policies and their impact on automated systems.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to develop and present reports identifying functional gaps and operational improvements.
Experience working with project teams to define and document detailed business requirements.
Familiarity with SDLC and business analysis deliverables.
