Sr. SFDC Technical Developer

We re seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Developer with a strong background in Service Cloud to support RMA automation and integrations with external systems. This role will involve hands-on development, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the implementation of scalable, efficient solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom functionalities within Salesforce Service Cloud to support RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processes and system integrations.

  • Build and maintain scalable Apex code, Lightning Components, and Flows/Subflows to enable agent-guided workflows and enforce field-level validations.

  • Collaborate closely with Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) to understand requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.

  • Work with the CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) team to ensure seamless communication and integration using well-defined payload schemas.

Requirements:

  • 8 10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with strong expertise in Service Cloud.

  • Proven skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integration techniques (REST/SOAP APIs).

  • Experience designing and implementing Flow automation and validation rules within Salesforce.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices for scalable solution development.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
